It all starts with the joy in my heart each morning, true appreciation to God, and thanking Him for some of my amazing gifts, including being strong, harmonious, loving, prosperous, healthy and happy!  I believe that when our hearts are aligned with our minds and souls, we learn to share with others without resistance.  It radiates, and like a magnet no matter where we go, or with whom we come in contact, the attraction is immediate.  

So this year I thought I would share my three favorite  "Valentine" spiritual gift ideas with all of you.  

Hug Of The Heart ~ A heartfelt hug is amazing when sharing the words "I truly love you" and telling them why.  Sit down with whomever, your children, spouse, companion, parents or friends, and share how important they are in your life.  Say it the way you feel, without thinking.  Have what your mind is telling you from your heart. Believe me, they will see it through your eyes.
